"For my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples."
We are blessed to care for a historic church and beautiful grounds.
"O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness"
St. Mary's continues an Episcopal presence in Holmes County dating to 1851. Originally Calvary Parish, the church relocated to Lexington in the 1890s. Our state marker recognizes this history.

The present church was completed in 1901. The church is an example of the "Carpenter Gothic" style prominent in the late nineteenth century.
